Dennis' Story

After teaching health and fitness professionally for many years following the traditional well-proven paths, I noticed that there was always something missing. Some of my clients just couldn't lose fat, tone up, or experience the vitality and passion that life offers. Some lacked energy, couldn't lose weight, and didn't get the results they wanted.

I kept asking myself, "Why wasn't there a simple, easy way to teach people how to live life like they have always wanted? And all these diets, why weren't they working?"

An Ageless Body

Personally, I also wanted to make sure I could have and maintain a life full of energy and passion right through my 50's, 60's, 70,'s, 80's, 90's and beyond. Could it be possible for me to have super health; to be able to perform at my ultimate potential with a body that looked and felt awesome, and functioned perfectly; and was effortlessly full of power, stamina and energy?

The Spartans of Greece

I decided to really figure out if I could create, and maintain the life full of energy and passion that I wanted and also help my clients create that life for themselves. There was a mountain of information to go through and hundreds of reports and articles … I became confused. And then I found the answer – and now I want to share it with you.

Basically all we needed was a shift in the way we think. Although the physical component of health, nutrition and exercise is important, it was only 10% of the answer. I found with nutrition and exercise, despite all the new fads, the key was going back to basics.

I discovered that primitive man and woman were in general far healthier than we are today. Even as recently as a couple of thousand years ago the Spartans of Greece, for example, were in superb physical and mental condition. "How did they do it?" I asked myself.
