What makes you a Spartan or a person with a ripped, awesome body, for that matter, is hard work and tough workouts. If you are not laying it all down on the floor at every workout then you won’t create the physique you want. This workout also won’t take forever, and kill your day. As a matter of fact, it only takes an hour from start to finish, if you do all the warm-up, maximum reps and rotations, and cool-down.
The key is using a few “primitive” tools like the Spartans used such as medicine balls, your own bodyweight, and the bodyweight of your partner. Throw in the “newer tool” of a swiss ball for help with stretching and you have a tough, no holds barred workout. The “magic” is hard work and all out effort! That’s how the Spartan’s did it and it’s how you can do it too.
The Spartans were trained to be the best and they were never bashful about being the best. You too can be the best and train like a Spartan.
